Foundation Frames are up 7.31.12

Concrete truck comes tomorrow and we will then have a foundation!!

7.30.12 - Footers are in...

Footers are in...framing for foundation is tomorrow with cement on Wednesday!!!

7.27.12 - Framing of the footers

Stopped by today before lunch and the guys as you can see are framing up the footers.  Not sure when the cement truck will be here, so Monday could bring a big surprise.

Front door to the right, morning room in the extension out in the back, garage is the higher up portion to the right (since there is no basement under the garage.

You see in the back ground our neighbors had their floor joists installed today.


Digging began at 7am this morning.  Looked like the guys made some good progress as the entire basement has been excavated.  I have attached a few photos from today.

7.25.12 - The Digging Begins Tomorrow

After signing our deal on April 29, 2012; we finally come to the day we have been waiting for.  Monday we received the bank commitment letter for the buyers of our house.  Today I waved the contingency and met with Pat our project manager.

Our plot is all marked off an digging is scheduled to begin at 7am tomorrow morning.
