7.25.12 - The Digging Begins Tomorrow

After signing our deal on April 29, 2012; we finally come to the day we have been waiting for.  Monday we received the bank commitment letter for the buyers of our house.  Today I waved the contingency and met with Pat our project manager.

Our plot is all marked off an digging is scheduled to begin at 7am tomorrow morning.
