Well, we have begun moving out of our Oswego house. Two storage units and an awesome family to help us with space.
As for the new home; the foundation was waterproofed yesterday, backfilling on Monday, lumber delivered on Tuesday. The rough-in for the basement bathroom to be completed Monday or Tuesday; and then the basement floor can be poured.
Once the basement sets, the builders of our neighbors house will be finished and they can get started on our house...finished basement first. Project manager thought middle to the end of next week nail guns, generators and compressors will be the major sounds at our house.
